A Malevolent Force Appears.

 I had the great fortune to work with artist, Niputya Cuveika, who illustrated a key scene from Out of Dark Waters. She did beautiful work capturing the look of the characters and the energy of the scene. Her design for the central monster, by all accounts an unusual creature, wonderfully balanced its alien strangeness with vicious aggression. I also want to thank my wife and parents, from whom the commission was a birthday gift. I couldn't have asked for something more meaningful.
